Seven emails told you where your hours go and what should never reach your desk again. That is the diagnosis. Most people stop there, because the next step is not another idea. It is a working system, wired into how your firm actually runs.

Faststart closes that gap. I build it with you, on your workflows, with your people in the room.

What happens

• Week one, mapping. A working session with you and your practice manager. We take the delegation map from the course and turn it into named lanes: what you keep, what your team takes, what the system takes.
• Week one, build. I configure ChiefofStaff.pro around those lanes. Your intake, your matter language, your escalation rules. You approve every rule before it goes live.
• Week two, onboarding. Up to five people, including you, brought on properly. One session each, plus a short written guide they will actually use.
• Week two, handover. A review call. What is working, what needs tightening, and a written record of the system so it survives holidays and staff changes.

What you get

Voice-first capture, so instructions leave your head the moment you have them, in the gaps between meetings. A structured record of what you asked for and who owns it. Your judgment stays with you. The chasing does not.

This is augmentation, not replacement. Nothing goes to a client without a human deciding it should.

If you want a look first

The Buy Back Diagnostic is a 90-minute session and a written report on where your hours are going and what they cost. It is £395. Pay for it within 48 hours of the seventh course email and the full £395 comes off the Faststart fee if you upgrade. After that window, Faststart is £995.

My side of the deal

If the build is not complete and your people are not onboarded within 30 days of the first session, and the delay is mine, you get the £995 back. The monthly fee does not start until handover is completed.
